Who receives your enquiry
Guangdong EMSUN Intelligent Furniture Co., Ltd. uses the information you provide to discuss your furniture requirements, respond to your questions and follow up on the proposed order or project. Contact: [email protected].
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form requests your name, company, email address, destination and purchasing requirements. It also includes your selected furniture references and the page from which you enquire. A reference link is optional. Files selected on the contact page are not uploaded by the form; use email for attachments.
How the enquiry is handled
When online submission is connected, enquiries are recorded in a Cloudflare-hosted database and a notification is sent through Resend to the configured EMSUN recipient. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions to help reduce automated abuse. The website also derives a salted hash of a connection address for submission limits; the enquiry database does not store the raw address.
Saved selections and drafts
Furniture selections and optional saved drafts use storage in your browser. These are not sent to EMSUN until you submit an enquiry or send an email. You can clear them below or through your browser settings. Preparing or opening an email draft does not confirm delivery.
Hosting and measurement
Cloudflare handles the hosting and security services used by the website. Turnstile loads when online submission is enabled. The official website loads Google Tag Manager, a service used to manage website tags. Measurement and advertising services depend on the tags published in that container and their applicable consent settings. Loading the container alone does not confirm that Google Analytics or advertising conversion tracking is configured. Contact EMSUN with questions about website measurement.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is used for the related conversation and follow-up. Contact EMSUN to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, or to ask about the handling of a project record. Information may also be retained where needed for an agreed transaction or applicable obligations. The service providers handle their own operational records under their respective policies.
